Considering some of the british are somewhat scandinavian (Norman) meaning man from the north, meaning vickings, it is hard to say which blood is which.

Some goes with the Polish. If the guy was born there, he is somewhat Polish ethnicaly speaking.

I always thought the the Poles had too much balls between their legs to succumb to the politically correct BS inundating today's society.

    :-:)-:)-(

Now to keep this post boxing related I will say however that I have not seen this man fight, he has an impressive knockout percentage, he has relatively very few fights, and from what I gather their are question marks surrounding him and these supposed allegations of him besting the current WBC heavyweight champion of the world in sparring.

Regardless if that is true or not, it's sparring, and Stiverne could have been taking lightly for the sake of practicing a few techniques or maneuvers that are very specific to a game plan he was intending on using against Chris.

his parents are Nigerian, he was born and raised in Poland, he may have a Polish pasport, but that does not make him an ethinic Pole

if I were to go to Nigeria and my kid was born there, he'd have a Nigerian passport but he wouldn't be an ethinc Nigerian, plain and simple

Of course but by this reasoning Lennox Lewis is Jamaican not British, born in London but both his parents are Jamaican.

If he feels like a Pole, he is one. Very simple.

it's a little different with Jamaica, because it belongs to the Commonwealth, so technically Queen Elizabeth is the head of state :good

    Who cares about his ethnicity?!

If he came to the country a couple of years back and wasn't raised in Polish culture, I wouldn't concider him a Pole. Like there are long distance runners from the common Aftrican countries who suddenly run for another country (money) including my own, like the medals they win would be legit.

This guy doesn't have Polish ancestery, but born and raised. So for me he's a Pole.

If that guy is Polish, then everybody is Polish, and nobody is Polish.
