   I think it was a joke.
   
   I'm sure he meant a digital clock in 24-hour mode......it would still be right once a day anyway.

   24 hour clock is numbered 0 to 23 and would only be right once a day. I keep my watch on 24 hour time, but after noon, I get confused.
