    That was a massive shot, Alvarado flew to the other side of the ring/through the ropes. :shock:

    If that was Pacquiao instead of Alvarado, he would have planked for the second time. :yep

    That is insane power.

    The only WW's who could have taken that shot.... hm...and not gone down

    I was shocked Alvarado recovered from being knocked into the first row of ringside. I thought from his body language in his corner he wanted out but credit to Mike who came out swinging in the next round.

    Alvarado was off balance when that punch landed, which caused the dramatic fall. He recovered quickly and put JMM down the next round. Unfortunately, he just didn't have what it takes to land one more big one, cause that would have done it. If the left hook landed as JMM fell it would have been over.

    the punch would have dropped any WW if they walked into it or was off balance and never saw it coming! if Pac sees that punch coming and doesn't walk into it and isnt off balance then it wouldn't have dropped him!

    In fairness, Pac did get hit by the same punch in round 3 and didn't get knocked out. It took him lunging face first into the next one to finally get put out.
