I've honestly got this one down as a 50/50.

People seem to be swaying toward froch but it's still very unknown and a lot of question to be answered.
That's what makes a great fight

I added totally for a reason. Groves did out box Froch but it wasn't the shut out that some are intimating. 2, 5, 8 and 9 were close rounds whichever way you score them. I've just gone through 2 again and there's nothing in it. Froch lands about 18 to Groves 16.

And that was the round immediately after Groves getting the knockdown! Of course he did better in 4 an 5 (won both comfortably) but then 5 was again close.

    Deffo mate.

I live between derby and notts so everyone round here seems pro froch. Theres only a few who want groves to win. More Groves fans than the first but still pro froch round here. Apart from derby county fans that is. Its actually been quite funny listening to people talk about it in the pub.

Supporting Groves as I trained in Paddy's gym for a number of years (so supporting Paddy really) but if anybody thinks they can pick a clear winner they are delusional.

That's what makes the fight so interesting.

The fight might and probably will go heavily in one direction on the night. If it does it will bring every supporter who predicted that result out of the wood work. But if your honest with yourself you will find picking which direction right now very hard.

I'm very confident Paddy and George can work together and improve on the last fight and I'm in two minds about what percentage of his game Froch bought last time. I don't think Froch can bring anything 'new' but maybe he wasn't at 100% first time round?

We will see in less than two weeks that's for sure!

would have to watch the first scrap again mate but from what i remmeber groves was landing because he was throwing combinations. groves will try to pace himself better but you cant throw 1 punch at a time and land on froch's underrated defense unless its a good jab which groves does have in all fairness.

i think froch gets to georgie boy late at least thats what i hope happens.

    Other way round for me.

Froch wins this easily. More focused, more conditioned, winning the mind games.

Groves is in a world of trouble.

Nonsense. It's quite the opposite you silly sausage.

This fight doesn't last as long as the first.

Froch is far too strong for the kid. Man versus boy I'm afraid. (No fanboy).

As for the mind games, irrelevant as they are, the Macaulay Culkin (RIP) lookalike is starting to look well out of his depth.

Groves had a high noon shoot out at the end of the first round and was simply quicker to the draw than froch was. Froch landed as groves land that bomb.

then he's in trouble, the gritty, tough fighter beat the faster, powerful puncher.
