A bit disappointed it won't be Santa Cruz - I would love to see that fight. Hopefully that happens next year, because wherever it does happen... I'll be there.

    As expected.

Frampton and his team ducking the real challenges in the division once again.

If this is confirmed Hearn has been made to look a fool once Again...he was going on about Mcguigan not being capable of landing the fight with LSC or Kiko lol...it's going to be interesting what he does with Quigg now seeing as he said he could land the LSC fight
    (as if)

Framptons got one fight left with box nation so the Quigg fight is kind of out the window, and besides that he wants to win a real world title

Fight Rigo then. Rigo said he'd go to Belfast, yet the Frampton camp went really quiet for some reason...

Its obvious why frampton is fighting kiko again win the title then a unification fight with the winner of quiqq santa cruz (if it happens) then the winner of that fight v rigo for wba wbc ibf & wbo maybe?

So why have Framptons team kept calling him out then?

You would only call for that when it's frampton we are talking about. If it was the other way round you would be saying at least quigg is fighting for a real title etc.

Reality is that if frampton wins this he is a real world title holder, quigg isn't. Boxing is all about making money, so why not pick up a title they are pretty certain of winning, make some money out of it then unify later?

I have not seen this announced anywhere but here and where does McGuigan get the money to promote such an event? What TV will pay enough money to broadcast this event?
For the time being I will believe Fast Car's statement.:good

Some harsh comments here, legitimate title, legitimate title fight, Kiko is a class act and has come on a bundle since becoming champion, two very very good fighters. Its a ridiculously stacked division. Iv believed Frampton and Quigg to be the UK's top two pound for pound for a year now and Galahad is world class also.
