Win or lose, I expect Groves to have a tune-up fight against a top 30 boxer next followed with a fight towards the end of the year against Abraham or Stieglitz.

Froch, if he loses I could see him having one more match against Kessler before retiring. If he wins, he'll face Degale and then probably a fight against either Kessler or Ward before retiring.

Froch retires, SGG defends against quality opposition.

Whoever wins will have a reasonable case that it's already 2-0, so no chance for a 3peat unless there's obvious mega money in it still

If Groves wins handily, I don't think Froch will want a rematch, he will probably go for an easy farewell win or just retire. Groves will probably want a nice easy fight where he can look spectacular and then go about chasing the other belts or biggest money fights.

Neither man will go near the other again, whoever wins. They are already sick of each other, despite Groves protestation of it being just business and having no feelings about Froch.
