When Pac was Floyd's mandatory, he rather give up the belt than make a fight. Tells how interested Floyd is having a fight. He never wanted to fight Pac and he never will.

We know who the ducker is...Floyd.

PAC is high risk but high reward for Floyd but he has a lot of money. Floyd is not scared but smart not to take care risk that will endanger his health. He said it himself so this arum thing is just a smokescreen.

'Marquez 5' not yet sure, says Pacman

MANILA, Philippines If Floyd Mayweather Jr. continues to offer excuses, then they won't have any superfight, according to fighting congressman Manny Pacquiao.

Pacquiao recently signed a 2-year contract extension with Bob Arums Top Rank, a move seen to block a supposed lucrative bout with Mayweather, who refused to work with the veteran boxing promoter.

But the 8-division boxing champion said Mayweather is just using Arum as an excuse to decline their superfight.

Lagi na lang man syang may dahilan eh. Hindi naman ito pera pera at dalawa lang naman kami sa ibabaw ng ring maglalaban. Ibigay na lang ang gusto ng fans, said Pacquiao in an interview with ABS-CBN Gensan's Francis Canlas.

"He always has excuses. Its not all about money and its just two of us fighting inside the ring. Just give the fans what they wanted."

Pacquiao said he has decided to maintain his working relationship with Arum because the promoter has been good to him.

Under Arums promotional outfit, the Filipino boxer has seen multimillion-dollar fights against some of the sports biggest stars including Miguel Cotto, Oscar de la Hoya, Ricky Hatton, and Juan Manuel Marquez.

Pacquiaos contract with Arum will last until the end of 2016.

Meanwhile, Pacquiao said he is not yet sure if he will have another fight against Marquez, who won their last face-off via a stunning knockout victory.

Pacquiao said he is willing to face Marquez as long as they are still fit to fight each other.

Wala pa, wala pa talaga kung sino makakalaban ko baka sa sunod kung kaya nya pa at kaya ko pang magboksing why not.
"Not yet, I don't know yet who's my next opponent.. Maybe next time when he's still able and I can still fight why not."

No thanks. I'm not taking the blame for that... If I elected no to watch/pay for any of their fights, I would be 1 out of millions not to, so what would have been the point

Margarito would of lost dude and you know it. He was a C+ fighter at his best, and Manny couldn't even fight him at 154lbs. Manny never fought anyone at a full 154lbs. He fears no man huh??

He drained the **** out of Oscar so much, that on fight night Pacquiao was the bigger man.

About as many excuses as Manny, and Arum has a good amount of his own. If you add Manny and Arums together, Floyd don't have **** on them.

He's afraid of needles

Chino fought a good fight, the best he could have, and still lost on all the judges score card. Deal with it.

What we, as a boxing republic should be focusing is making sure this **** doesn't happen again. Obviously it's always been around, but it's never been this bad. We missed out on so many fights, not just Mayweather-Pacquiao, but so many fights due to networks, and promotional companies. The system that boxing currently uses is outdated. Sanctioning bodies have little to no power, rankings dont mean **** anymore. And promotional companies and networks have ruined the sport. Money has ruined our sport. What we must do TOGETHER, is to make sure that in the future this doesnt happen again. Let this May-Pac situation of the past 6-7 years be a lesson. If we dont take a stand as fans, we'll never get the fights we want. We have to stand against the man now. This isnt the 80s or even the 90s where we dont have a say, (and fights were still made). We are in a generation of social media and connectivity, we have the power to make sure this **** never happens again because it isn't alright, and it's killing the sport. We have to take a stand, if not we'll fall for anything. We already did. We've been going back and forth for years about this fight, and in the midst of it all, we never realized how terrible it is this fight never happened. So busy firing shots off, that we didnt see the sport being damaged in the crossfire. I will be excusing myself from all Mayweather-Pacquiao debates on this board from now on. There are no winners, but if anything the promoters, and the politics won. We as fans, lost big. A loss that will never be redeemable. A loss that we'll have to remember forever. A loss that future generation of boxing fans will blame us for, and a loss that future generations of boxing need to get right. It's time for us to realize that We control the money, We control who fights. It's all us. And If we don't set an example, the next generation will suffer too, because they'll look back at May-Pac and think that this **** is okay. It's not. And I refuse to accept it anymore, after they both retire. And you shouldn't either. Excuse me while I put out my blunt and give myself a round of applause. This **** was epic. I'm so high I can hear superhero music playing in my mind while im writing this. I feel like an innovator. A Pioneer. Big Meech, Larry Hoover, whippin work. Hallelujah

Good post bro!

You really sit there and think...man boxing fans truly missed out! Im sure the fight would've did 3 million buys!! I do feel that Canelo is the only one that could do another 2 mil buys in the next 10 years are so but would need somebody really good around 160-168 to make it happen.

I always thought about my kids, even my nephew now thats 8 yrs old asking me how come they didnt fight.

Man its a shame, we cant let it happen again since we have social media and other stuff alike
