Excellent post. And not only boxing fans are in denial... there probably isn't a single sport whose elite levels don't juice. And now, with the income of genetical doping.... sports don't belong to humans anymore :verysad :barf:barf:barf
I saw an interview with the man in charge of drug testing for the most recent Olympics, and he said he believed at least 60% of the athletes there were using peds.the problem is, if you assume all the athletes at a specific level are similar in genetics and skill, if half of them use peds, the others have no chance of competing at that level unless they do to. The truth is drug testing is not effective. Dwayne chambers said he had been using for about 3 years before he was caught, and if I remember correctly he was only caught because his trainer got caught at the airport bringing his peds into the country. Obviously he's a sprinter not a boxer, but it shows the ease athletes have in taking peds.
I believe there's probably a huge drug problem in boxing that nobody will do anything about because everybody will lose a lot of money. I don't have any particular reason to suspect Joshua however, some people are just freaks of nature and as a medal winner he would have been tested in the Olympics.
