Holy crap, they made the right call from the sounds of it. Not even a close, face saving SD loss

Yeah it was a fairly ugly fight but Sturm was never in it.

The one thing that pisses me off is the ESPN 3 audio (but not video) cut off right as they were asking him who he wanted to face next.

Sturm probably done though, he looked terrible.

Maybe Sam will be more willing to play ball with GGG.

He really can't be any less willing than Sturm was.....

Give it up. He tested for a plant extract in a commercial weight gain product :| and was still nbr. 1 all through the period not to mention when was his last loss.

What an achievement for an honest boxer who does fight the division. Not his fault opponents find him high risk / low reward.

Give what up? You seem pretty agitated and defensive for some reason.

I hope he doesnt test positive for anything. After that performance its clear Sturm shouldnt be holding a belt.

Soliman won fair and square! His stamina and very energy-wasting movement is terrific to see. His style is very unorthodox, his moves, ducking and so on is very difficult to fight.
Sturm looked like crap, wow. I think Sturm is way past his best but I also believe it was a clear case of styles make fights. So I still think that Sturm would do better than Soliman if they fought the same opponents.
Soliman has his number is the rightful champ.
