Groves was becoming the "Guy" on the HBO telecast [version] the announce team almost jumped on his dick & then.... "Boom!! goes the dynamite"

Found it pretty hard to split them and thought the latter rounds would have been easier to score but it never came to that.I had it pretty even and wouldnt have complained with a round to either fighter although i always felt Froch was dictating pretty much how the fight was panning oot and knew himself he would finish him later.

    I see it like this:

Up until the KO, there was a lot of feeling each other out, fighting for the ring, testing each others stategies....there wasn't a whole lot landing.

I have no problems with scoring even rounds in situations like this.

But if you take into account who was in command, who was pressing the fight, who owned the centre of the ring...Froch has to get more credit.

Groves was the challenger, he had more to prove, I can't condone erring on his favor just because it was hard to score. Froch answered his attacks and didn't let him opertate. Granted he was by no means dominating, he definitely nullified Groves.

First 4 for Groves. 5 and 6 for Froch. 7 for Groves.

    68-65 Groves at stoppage.

The first two rounds were very close, so I concede those rounds as both being up to interpretation.

Froch won the first round, then Grove won the rest until Froch started putting up the pressure and won the 6th and 7th and then Groves was winning by one point until he was KTFO.

4-2-1 Froch but there were a few close rounds that may have gone the other way. I'm fine with anyone who had the fight for Groves by a round and maybe 2 at a push.

I watched the fight through Boxnation. For those of you who watched it on HBO, what was the commentary like? Because over here Jim Watt claimed Froch won almost every round. Saying things like "What a shot by Froch!!" when he was sitting on his stool in between rounds... Very bias towards Froch. How about the american commentary?

I had it 5-2 Groves and also winning the 8th before the KO. What did the judges score it?
