Stylistically he does posses some problem for Ward cause he can box and move unlike Kessler and Froch especially, who come at you at straight lines.
But after 4-5 rounds Ward would start hammering him. Ud for Ward.
Degale as much as i like him fought no one and especially no one at that level. Too soon for him. He should rematch Groves, that would be his best idea.
I dont think he should fight Froch cause he lacks the firepower to keep Froch off him. He would give him problems but in the long run he would get beat up.

I do agree sooner or later Ward needs to be the one to create a blueprint on a fighter. Fighting fighters with a loss or two on their resumes already is damaging his legacy. Needs to fight someone unbeaten and create a blueprint

Ward beats DeGale 8-4 or 9-3.

The same Brittards that think Froch can hang with Ward are now bumping DeGale.

    Laughable.

I would like to see the winner of Groves/DeGale II face Ward. Would strongly favor Ward but they were both solid amateurs who have decent speed and lack the head issues of Dawson, so why not. Dude's gotta fight somebody. Being favored to win shouldn't get in the way of that.

Nobody at SMW can beat me either. That's mainly because I will never fight them.

Ward can sit at home and say he can beat James DeGale, George Groves, Lucian Bute and Andre Dirrell, but the truth is he has never fought them so he is only dreaming. I personally think all those guys have a 50% chance of beating him. Ward has never fought a slick boxer (I wonder why...).

    Robbed? No chance.

Close fight, Groves threw more and landed more.. no robbery whatsoever.

Ward would probably win but I think DeGale's awkwardness would make it a tough fight for Ward, similar to how Bika's awkwardness made it tough.
