Brook is not that well known but he if wins a world title then Hearn will be able to sell him to the public, Khan is obviously well known. Khan and Brook can't stand each other so there is that hatred between them that easily sells fights.

Well maybe but its all down to circumstance...as Khan is alot more well known by the general public than either Froch or Groves he generates alot of publicity.
The reason Froch Groves sold out wembley is down to the controversy in the first fight.
Now id imagine if this fight were to be made there would be a hostile build up generating more media attention.
It would sell out a football stadium - Sheffield/Bolton for instance.
Add a controversial ending and an unsatisfactory ending..then boom ----massive rematch would sell more than Froch/groves if possible.

 

The only way that them two match Froch Groves is if in their next fights, Brook beats Porter and Khan beats Mayweather. So never in a million years.
