Why is canelo so popular?

You must not have heard of Pele, Hugo Sanchez, Sal Sanchez, or Carlos Monzon and countless others who had very little white features about them or any at all. Canelo being a redhead has nothing to do with him whipping Angulos ass and he's a young fighter who's ducked no one, as a boxing fan that should make you proud. And he's not dry humping every opponent he faces either. Like Oscar, they tryin to sell Canelo as *** symbol cuz *** does sell and half if not more of Oscars fans were females.

 

He is a good fighter, fun to watch, aggressive, solid boxer, good puncher, and fights quality opponents.

what he becomes in the future is a completely different matter. it's what people call him in the here and now.

he's good, but nowhere near to being in the mythical P4P list. but they go along and give all this uncalled for praise to a fighter that hasn't done anything to shout about in the slightest. his one and only win is Trout.

if he goes on to prove himself against the best out there and matches all the hype that people give him, i'll give the man his credit. but not until.

 

i have no idea why you'd pick Canelo in a return match with Floyd. it makes no sense logically.

the fight happened not too long ago, not years ago where Canelo has come on in leaps and bounds. his only fight since then was against a shot Angulo.

his fight with Lara will tell us a whole lot more about him. but i see Lara beating him and showing us that he is just a load of hype. although look out for the usual rip off on the score cards against Lara.

 

Canelo does have talent, no doubt. but does he match the hype?

all evidence suggests that he doesn't even come close to matching it.

Could it be because he is a Red Headed Flouresent Skin Mexican Kid who has Been Knocking out Grown Men since he was 15 years old.
That kind of thing will make you Famous in Mexico. TRUST.
