Haymon has no promoters license neither does Floyd...

Surely GB will not put on Haymon boxers no more...

Will Haymon boxers sit on the shelf until Haymon or Floyd gets a promoters license & how long will that take?

Obviouslly not talking about boxers who already have scheduled bouts (Ghost,Lara,Russell jr)

Shawn Porter is an Al Haymon fighter who's fight with Kell Brook will be going to a purse bid here shortly. It should be interesting to see how that pans out.

nobody can really answer this for you. It's possible Al Haymon's fighters can keep working with GBP

I think Brook's team won the purse bid already

You don't think some of these other promotional outfits are blowing up Haymon's phone right now to get a piece of that roster?

Do you know what kind of leverage a promotional company would have when it walks into a network's door with the a roster that includes the #1 PPV attraction in the sport plus numerous ready-made, self contained cards?

Don't worry. Haymon will be fine.

Technically Haymon can't (legally) be both a promoter and a manager. The Ali Act speaks to the conflict of interest therein.

They should be able to work with GBP still. It's only Schaefer and Mayweather who bolted out.

He'll likely go through Top Rank instead for the time being. Bob's need of fresh opponents for his house fighters will outweigh his annoyance at Haymon for poaching Junior. If Haymon can bring 140-147 lb opponents in for Bob's stable, you'll see them do business.

Indeed. Promoters are serving their own best interests by getting fighters to work for as little as possible while it's in the manager's best interest to do the opposite.

i have a hard time thinking pokemon/pedjr/shittier is going to form a promo company and if they do, tha's prolly only to accomodate pedjr's last 3 fights with tr.

you can basically say the same thing to the haymon fighters.

i think it boils down to, how much are they going to get paid, and how much is pokemon's cut?

Bob won't do business with Haymon. That feud's probably as intense as Bob/Floyd and Bob/Richard and just as long-running as well.
