Lets Unify..... F*** Boxing

Maybe boxing could get set up like in Golf, Soccer/Football or Tennis, where one organization, not headed by shady ass mafia, controls the number of events with several tournaments like the Super 6 so that the top 20 in each weight class get a chance at glory. Maybe they could organize lower level tournaments for guys who are up and comers, and assuming they do well, they move up to the higher level tournaments for actual titles. But anything is better than what we've got right now.

 

I would love this system. The idea of the boxing promoter is outdated. They need to drop the PPV model too, we need to get the big fights back on network television so that the sport can grow its fan base.

 

So basically you don't have a point since they are equally inactive in both sports.

Hard to take your post seriously when you rally against the sport while "not blaming Floyd" and hating what Oscar is doing (you know wanting the best to fight each other).

Weren't you the dude sporting the Oscar avatar back in the day? Either way the reason why you are mad is because the sport is not following Mayweather's lead, boo hoo.
