What next for Josh Warrington

Would like to see him against Ryan Walsh, Ryan gave Lee Selby a good fight and we would be able to see how things go against a common opponent. I'd also like to see him against Jon Slowey, Jon is a good boxer, fast hands and good footwork! Maybe doesn't have the biggest punch but neither does Josh Warrington. Also heard good things about James Tennyson so that might be a decent bout.

 

I am only guessing here but maybe Josh was struggling with having a few training camps in quick succession? I think he mentioned after teh fight he needed a break so that could be a factor!!
Also Lindsay is a very decent operator and could exploit Josh's lack of experience.

 

Id like to see him in a rematch with samir mounnimene the best man won on the night but after breaking his hand in the 3rd he put up a decent fight did samir since then hes also been training with the ingles in sheff doing alot of sparring with galahad which cant do him no harm. Would love to see that as support to a campbell vs coyle in hull

 

The Lindsay of old maybe, hes miles past his best. Brought over to make Warrington look good in his homecoming.

Slowey would get beaten up against Warrington he has no punch whatsoever and was very lucky to get the decision against Hughes before he went to the Bar-L

 

I'd say first of all he should quit his day job and go full time. At 23 he is young enough to improve and he must have a bit of talent to come this far part time. Who knows, if he finds some power when he's fully developed he could be good but it's more likely he'll just keep fighting in Leeds because he sells tickets.
