No. Leapai was schooled by Meehan victim Colin Wilson few years ago. Leapai was also knocked out by featherfisted Kevin Johnson. Leapai is clearly the worst Wlad's opponent since Fabio Moli. He's on level of Vitali's title opponent Albert Sosnovski.

Charles Shofford and Ray Austin would school Leapai easily, even shot 40-y.o. Mormeck beats him.
