Sarmiento is basically right. A 33 year old boxer who has been fighting for most of his life and has been fighting at an elite level for over a decade, CANT really learn much at this point. Every natural instinct has been inbuilt at this point from years of constant repitition. He can give Cotto a better strategy, but Cotto is still going to fight like Cotto
i wish theyd show a little bit more of the actual boxing prep or even the S&C workouts but i love 24/7 how its produced/edited and that Liev has the perfect voice for the narration esp for the endings to get you pumped for the fight
