Considering Ward's been inactive. Should Cotto take the 2 spot?

Hey it ain't Cotto's fault. Martinez said he is 100%, so Martinez is the one you should blame since he robbed the fans of their hard earned money to come see a competitive match.

Ward shouldn't even be on the list at all. By making himself inactive, he's conned everyone into thinking he's the best SMW while avoiding guys like Dirrell, Bute, Groves, DeGale. Notice how these are the slickest boxers in the division besides himself.

Ward only fights gangly sluggers. Highly-ranked ones, to be sure, but gangly sluggers nonetheless. I thought he was great and predicted him to win the Super Six before it even started, but now I see he's a safety-first boxer (and I mean outside the ring, not inside).

Ward refused to fight stevenson at 168 and kovalev at 175. Ward appears to be retired and seems to have moved into the court room......................ward appears to be retired.................
