Did Martinez not do any sparring?

A lot of the time it's because of 'yes men' trainers who tell the fighter everything is ok.

 

Ad far as I know, very little if any. His knees were gone.......................

 

I posted this before that I had heard he wasn't sparring two weeks ago.

 

this fight happened for martinez to make his money and for cotto to win the title and set up an even bigger fight next

I never saw any video of him sparring for this fight.

 

And what source do you have to say he did little sparring?

I was wondering this during the fight. I've heard fighters don't get old overnight, they get old in their training camps.

Watchin it last night if he pushed to see if he did 5 rounds... The whole camp looked weird, not in a proper boxing gym jus some poxy hotel gym, gutted martinez had to go out the way he did, was abit of a shambles but it happens to the best of them
