Cotto demanded a catchweight against Martinez. Cotto hasn't fought at WW since 2009. Mayweather fought at WW in May. Mayweather weighed 148 on fight night vs. Maidana. He actually fights at what he walks around at. A rarity in boxing.

You do know that he chased Oscar for some time and nobody was taking his challenges when he was calling them out.

Just have to ask how long have you been a boxing fan?

You can't answer that one, well I'll answer your question didn't start out a money fan in fact I bet against him twice and lost didn't become a fan till he beat the brakes off Gatti(rip). He's one of the best ever enjoy him while you can.

Floyd's legacy is NOT hurt by this, but it was definitely a missed opportunity.

On paper this was a big accomplishment, in the ring, not so much.

Beating the shell of Sergio Martinez is nothing to brag about.

    Stop it.

Cotto wanted NO parts of Margarito II until Manny mangled his eye.

I seriously doubt, with what little time Miguel has left, he'll fight anyone who doesn't bring $ to the table.

I noticed how you casually brush off Cotto and Canelo from Mayweather's recent opponents list.

nothing he could do would make him #1 ATG this era....maybe if he fought in the Fab Four era he has a shot.....this era no

in fact if you add whatever names you come up with in your head that he missed.....it still would be hard for him to crack top 15 ATG....

like i said....his legacy is very solid....the credentials are there and have been there for some time

How is asking how long you been a fan a stupid question, there's nothing disrespectful or a hidden agenda just a question?
