It's true. He has always been naturally muscular and bulked up easily, that's why he has had to keep going up in weight even though he is short. I've noticed the acne on him for years. Maybe he has been juicing but there is no evidence at all.

He weighed in at 155 and the fight was not at 160.

    Cotto vs Martinez:

Plus if you train hard, in the right way and have the correct diet, you can lose fat and gain muscle.

Lol....love the steroid allegations! You literally ain't **** in boxing unless someone is throwing out the good ol' "he's on roids" accusations! Cotto has officially made it. Haha

I think you fail to understand body structure and frames, weight training, and just plain common sense.

    1) Certain body frames allow you to gain good weight (muscle) and some body frames don't. You hear it all the time with Football players how the can add a lot of healthy weight (30 to 40 lbs) without losing a step.

    2) Why would cotto fighting at 160 look as muscular as a cotto fighting at a lower weight, he wouldn't.

I've never done this so hope it works.

    Mayweather at 130 lbs:

    Mayweather now:

Now should we assume mayweather is juicing too. No cause we can see mayweather has the frame to put on all that good weight and of course he is not going to look the same as he builds the muscle.
