bellew thinks he CARRIES POWER!!!!!!!! but im yet to see good power from tony, so hopefully if he thinks he has loadsa powa he should be agressive.

I think he's been slightly over rated as a puncher. I think when he boxes and doesn't try and force it his shots carry some sting. But he's not a Kovelev for example

and just because he can punch doesn't mean he needs to be overly aggressive. Haye can bang and he's a counter puncher. All about styles and Tony's power seems to come through best when he's boxing using his jab to set things up and then letting the shots flow. Rather than trying to decapitate people with wild right hands

The first Brudov KD and the KO shots were great punches and would have given more than a few fighters problems

He calls himself the bomber yet never lands any bombs.

If he was an actual bomber he'd be the Fairey Battle.

I can see the Tony Bellew post match comments already-

"Alejandro Emillio Valori makes Julio Cesar dos Santos look like Valery Brudov"

    This

Everyone knows that's what this is building for. Might as well get it over with now rather than dragging it out.

It's pathetic really. You only have tune/set up fights for bouts that mean something serious. Arguably we should have had this fight straight away but I understand they were new to the weight.

Bellew thinks he's Muhammad sugar ray Louis all rolled into one but infant he's an average boxer that slots in at euro level / fringe iBo strap and nothing more however he is a great self promoter and convinces people to watch him and after u do it leaves a feeling of disappointment in a lot of ways watching bellew fight is like gettin married a good idea at the time but overall a mistake

If I can have a curry on the way home it'll be a perfect night.

Anyone who questions Bellew's power has not watched too much of him amateur or pro.

This fight is Bellew and Cleverly's only chance to make some decent coin, so they have to build it up as much as they can. No doubt after they fight and Cleverly beats him again it'll be all cuddles and kisses.

They're both big punchers, particularly Bellew's opponent so that always makes things a bit more exciting.
