Cotto forever ties his name with Floyd's in a rematch showing wherever Floyd is ranked, Cotto should not be far behind.

The pre-Garcia version of Maidana grazing Khan with his wild haymakers and putting him in a daze tells me beyond a shadow of doubt that Mayweather with precision counters on that Staples "easy" button would put him to sleep. :good

To be honest, I don't recall that combination in the last round. But let's be reasonable folks, Floyd is absolutely feather fisted at 154 pounds. Taking by the first time he went up there to fight ODLH, the guy kept Oscar honest alright with that Sharp, accurate str8 right shot numberous times. Again, it was pretty sickening to see him use that right hook used with precision to outpunch and keep Canelo at bay and to become too brave, some3times double hooking to the body and to the head, that and some str8 right hands and Canelo had one part of the face white and the other part ( left part) red. The Cotto fight was a typical welterweight fight but for the WBA SWW Championship with Cotto paying all the expenses on aggression and moving forward and Floyd rolling, tapping him, bumping him, side-stepping him, outscoring him out of the ropes of course and sometimes making it entertainig by duelling in the center with his superior jab.

No way, I mean no way in hell Floyd, that little rat is gonna slam and power jam with Cotto now. No, no, no. He is into lateral movement, in and out, slidin and slippin, short punches, punchin on the way out, check hooks, witherin str8 rights, no power, just whip, whip, whip. No knockdowns. And steals the fight of course.

They would never fight @ 160. Cotto was 155 at the official weigh-in for the Martinez fight...

Floyd was unable to get the knockout before, but you see it happening now?

why you would think this, i don't know. it's not like Cotto has deteriorated much since the first fight, or been shown to have a weaker chin since.

so no, Floyd wouldn't knock him out in a rematch. he'd get the usual points win.
