Ali received several gift decisions in his much ballyhooed return from exile

Ali "won" the 2 fights because of his name...not by what he did...

Take a look at the second fight in it's entirety,Rocky. It was so...so close that an arguement can be made for both men. I still see Ali winning by one round.

Only two in my view -

    Norton III
    Jimmy Young

By the end of this thread Ali will have a losing record!
Agendas and revisionism are strange things.

I doubt one or two nameless individuals on a boxing forum are going to affect in any shape or form the record and reputation of a man who was at one time the most recognisable face on the planet

I'm one of the ones that think Norton beat Ali in the third scrap.
That being said, Ali reached back, gave his best, and won the final round in the second fight securing his narrow victory.

Shavers and Frazier 2 as well. Ali's record should really be 52-9.

Yeah ! Someone will probably find a reason as to why Brian London was robbed in his fight with Muhammad at Earls Court.

The second Frazier and Shavers fights were close but no cigar results for Joe and Earnie. The Frazier bout, particularly, was a narrow but clear victory for Muhammad.

Well..................I may be missing something but considering that Parkinsons syndrome contains the word 'Parkinsons' I see it as being a form of....erm.....Parkinsons
