Flanagan V Ammann Australian Cruiser Title.

Mark Flanagan fights Daniel Ammann in Townsville on Saturday 24/5/14 for
the Australian Cruiserweight Title.
Flanagan seems to be improving every fight. His last 4 fights at Cruiser
have ended in early stoppages.
Ammann was well beaten over 12 rounds in February when he travelled to the UK to fight Tony Conquest for the Commonwealth CW Title.

I think Flanagan will get the win over the awkward, one dimensional southpaw.
A stoppage wouldn't surprise.

Any thoughts gentlemen ?

 

Flanagan seems to have filled out well at Cruiser, although the only fight I seen at the weight was against Andrew Green, seems very strong with good boxing ability. Will be a good indicator against Ammann as to how hel fare against the other Cruisers around Aus.

IMO, Ammann did enough here & there from round 3 onwards to score close UD...but wasn't to be.
Both nothing short of absolute gentleman in the game.

 

So good close fight then? I only heard the result last night.

 

Unlucky, Ammann awakward fighter but deff one of the true gentleman of the fight game.

Amman was robbed that night
