Talked to Mayweather's Cousin, Mayweather-Garcia Sept 13!

    Saw Jay at the SouthPoint Sportsbook today. i usually see him there but rarely talk to him. today it was just him and his homey so i asked him what was he betting on (10k on SPurs first half, Mayweather's bet) but anyhow i straight up asked him who Mayweather fighting. Kinda just looked at me, didnt saying anything then said "Garcia and walked away.

    Nothing in writing but they have a verbal agreement already. I dont mind the fight and we all knew Garcia would get the fight against Mayweather at some point and he'll be getting it Sept 13.

    Cant hate on Garcia, dude said he wanted to move up very soon and now hes going for the king. I dont want to see Garcia fight Mayweather because he doesnt have a shot but u can never argue with a man thats fighting the best fighter of his generation. if ur not in the sport to fight the best then what are u fighting for!?!?! (Money comes with fighting the best)

    In Mayweather's case i wanted him to fight Cotto but Cotto will fight Canelo once he spanks Lara 99% guranteed. I think mayweather will fight Cotto next Cinco if Cotto can beat Canelo. might even rematch Canelo if he beats Cotto. anyhow mayweather is fighting the best once again. Garcia undefetead, beat plenty of champs, just another great fighter to add to mayweather's resume.

    Im excited to watch the fight because Garcia has never backed down and it should be exciting. Garcia doesnt have a chance at all but hey...NOBODY DOES!!

    It wouldn't surprise me if Mayweather would cherry-pick this route after Garcia's last performance, and considering Garcia's smaller.

    But I'm gonna wait to hear from a source other than your cuz.

    Enough of that crap. herrera has got good boxing skills and most likely will win next saturday. Matthysse is the one that got dropped twice, hes ruined

    Why do people make excuses for Floyd not moving up and fighting middleweights, but they continue to excuse the fact that Floyd really loves to fight smaller guys?

    these days i think fighters have a lot better chance against Floyd....just going off the Maidana fight....i could be wrong.

    But his timing on the pull counter has been off and that suggests his reflexes maybe are slowing.....jabs have been getting at him a lot more lately

    This is unfortunate. I was really hoping Floyd would take another interesting fight.

    Even forgetting the Herrera incident for a second, stylistically this is about as boring a matchup as you can get.

    Without forgetting Herrera, how is getting outboxed even worse supposed to be something people pay $75 for? If they put this on regular cable I wouldnt have anything to say, but obviously its going to be PPV.

    Highly doubt, Garcia said he wanted to move up 147, been saying it for awhile. nobody left at 140 to beat
