Come on GOAT..... Sanders did what HE DOES vs Wlad....same with Rahman and Vitali...they just wised up and steered clear better. Purritty was a PURE gas job. There were shady events and a ton of evidence of drugging in the Brewster 1 fight....either way he gassed again. wlads problem ain't so much chin as it is resetting to defend. He takes singular shots wo trouble.....put 4 together an u might get him outta there.
Never been knocked down or out as the hw champion. WOW guys, think about that.shock: Man I think Wlad will brake yet another record. From a crawler to man who they just couldnt put down. Wladimir Klitschko, -STILL STANDIN'.
Yep, I am pretty sure his defense is solid enough to ward off most shots & especially combos. It was funny times around here though when he was the chin-chin talk of the town. I am pretty sure those days are well behind him.
Yes the crawling was an embarrassment however his brothers :scaredas:admin:crybaby face in the corner was quite hilarious.
Wlad still has a weak chin and thin easy to cut skin. That is the reason he clinches and grabs so much. Wlad has not been hit hard in a long time. Wach hit him one time the entire fight and WLad was freaking out trying to hold.
Decent chin, not great, not bad neither. Just decent. His excellent defense makes it hard to hit him.
I'm not one for conspiracy theories but their was definitely something foul in the Brewster 1 fight. I've never seen a guy just fall apart from exhaustion in a matter of a seconds like that. He wasn't hurt from Brewster's punches, he just collapsed from fatigue. Never seen that before or after from Wlad or any fighter for that matter. I think he was drugged. Sanders was just an animal in that fight with lightning fast hands and one of the best left hooks in history. He just caught lightning in a bottle like Douglas did in Tokyo. No shame in loosing that fight. Wlad learned from his mistakes in that fight and became a better fighter.
Jury is still out...just kidding. I agree it's his time spent with Emmanuel & his new style of fighting that has brought him along.
Really? I'm sure I saw Wlad ride out the flurry whilst on the ropes, I'm sure there was no clinching.
