    Any tips?

I got pretty good footwork and great footspeed i just don't want to be chasing some fool around the ring.

I'm also not very adept at cutting off the ring for some reason, don't really know how to do it, do i just cut my opponents movements by laterally intercepting him or something?

I'd like to hear some ideas.

Draw an ugly face on their headgear, so that they no longer turn you on.

I know it's tough to fight with a boner, especially with a groin protector, but it's mostly a mental game....don't forget that.

Time Him,Turn With Him that will negate him turning you and he will feel stupid bcause he will end up in the same exact place he started.

Hmm thats actually a good idea.

If it was a pro fight, it would also work to my advantage as i'd spend less energy moving around.

    thanks yugi lol.

If your chasing someone around the ring, you're most likely fighting his fight and tiring you out.

Speechless is right about it being mostly a mental game.

You need to learn how to cut of the ring properly and how to feint, because if you are bullrushing your opponent its a easy night for him.
Fighters who are pot shoting and running you need to keep them guessing.

Don't load up on shots, if someone is trying to play keep away you arent going to have time to get where you wanna get, and drop the hammer. Relax your arms more and let the punches flow. If they are moving a lot, just a landed punch can put them off balance and drop them. Examples are more like Frazier or Lucas Mattesya, less like Chavez Jr vs Martinez.

Yes, first stage of cutting the ring off is to intercept your opponent's movement. He goes to your left, you go to your left and so on. Second step is to fire a shot with your right hand if he goes to your right, and left hand if he goes to your left (hence "Do not circle into your opponent's power hand side"). Don't try to do it in the centre of the ring since there is plenty of space for your opponent to circle. If you can't hit him in the head, hit him in the body ("hit the body enough and the head will die"). Do not overextend, combine body - head. Shoot a guard oppening rear hand (right if you are orthodox). When you hit body enough, feint a shot to the body and hit the head.

Get on the inside, hide your head behind your opponent's head, shoot for the body and than head, duck on the exit and keep your hands high to prevent getting hit with a hook.
