I am back to serve the community after a minor setback in the Ruslan fight: http://www.boxingforum24.com/showthread.php?t=510091. I didn't analyse the fight enough. Minor setback for a major comeback. Hand speed - gary combinations - gary foot speed - loma defense - loma power - loma stamina - loma body punching - loma boxing iq - loma confidence - loma discreet punches - loma They both hypnotised when the other guy throws so activity will play a big role in this fight. Loma didnt throw enough vs Siri but he has learnt from his mistake. :thumbsup Loma will dominate the late stages of the fight. Gary will tire and doesnt move enough and doesnt have great defense - he is open for the left hand from loma. :bbb Judging by the weigh-in and interviews, Loma is more confident despite coming off a loss. :good :happy Odds are Loma 8/13 to win, loma 11/8 decision and he may stop russell late - ko odds are 10/3
I think many of your assumptions may be a bit subjective. Suggest your reevaluate and correct before betting. Anyway, welcome back.
Your list is off. Russell Jr is going to work Lomachenko over. Gym Work. Vasyl fans always come up with some arbitrary categories or 'skills' for Lomachenko. 'discreet punches' :huh **** outta here with that goofy ****. This is boxing you dumb ass and Gary is the better boxer. Superior skills with a technique that will be applied at super speed. You're a ****ing idiot to pretend Loma has more power or better body work than Gary Jr, that's a ****ing shame. Bring your pillow to the fight bitchboy cause you're going to be suffering from all kinds of butthurts.
Your list is just as off. They're both unproven and unknow quantities. The one thing that makes me lean to Lomochenko over Russell is Lomochenko's team went for a tough fight right away where Russell's team hasn't taken a tough fight in the 5 years he's been a pro. Those who can will, those who can't won't.
First of all, my list is dead on point. Secondly, you leaning towards Lomachenko's camp cause they appear hungry is fine. But their eagerness is really just impatience. Impatience and not wanting to build and work their way up. And shows a disrespect for the profession. Boxing is a learning process and you can't skip the process because you did great in the lower tiers. Vasyl is learning on the job and he's about to get a lesson in professional boxing last night. He didn't fair so well in Professor Salido's class and Professor Russell Jr is about to show him why he needs more experience. Vasyl is Gym Work for Gary. The points will be scored clean and clear and if he gets too rowdy he. will. get. knocked. out.
Easy work for GRJ and he beats the Commie up and then TKOs him Rd8. Russell is going to pop his jab into Loma's face all night or until he counters Loma rushing in. The list is completely wrong. Loma showed his style of defence against Sialdo, to grab and hold.
You're list is subjective and based on speculation only. As for how you described Lomochenko's approach, the same can be said of Russell. He's had zero step up fights. He's been fighting the same level of fighters in his 5th year that he was fighting in his second year. As for him scoring a KO over Lomochenko, he'll have to show us something he's yet to demonstrate. Gary wasn't scoring KO's over his tougher club fighters. Russell had an extensive amateur career, turned pro with Broner, and stalled with injuries and lack of improvement. Walters turned pro around same time and has shown far more improvement and accomplishments. Gradovic turned pro a year later and has accomplished far more as a pro than Russell. Maybe Gary's legit, but he hasn't shown it yet, and his team hasn't shown confidence in him yet either. It's sink or swim time for GRJ.
I'm right now christening Gary Russell jr the Thalidomide kid I hope it sticks, his am inspiration to everyone stricken by that tragedy
