As much as I despise Ariza, no one can deny his conditioning is top notch. Just take a look at Maidana's conditioning against Broner and Mayweather. This sure as hell isn't the Maidana I remember at 140.

 

Maybe #TeamGarcia want to get back to OG boxing training & spend less time doing the S&C stuff??

watch Maidana look like **** again. The guy had super human conditioning in the Mayweather fight and they go and fire the S+C condition coach that made it happen?? Unless he was giving him PEDs without their knowledge I have no idea why they would do this.

I don't thin boxers and trainers realise how important S+C coaches are in todays sports. They have them in every other sport.. look at fighters ariza works with, ALWAYS guaranteed to be in great condition.. I bet anything floyd beats maidana easy if they rematch and maidana will gas.

Yes, they are used in other sports but most of them make support-team money: the S&C guys for an NFL team don't make the same money as coaches, for instance.

So if he's asking more than market value for his services, a lot of people aren't going to pay: they can find another S&C guy who is good -- maybe as good, maybe not -- for less.
