This shouldn't even be a thread.

Floyd is a 5 weight world champion, and his resume consists almost entirely of champions/contenders. There's a reason he's the #1 P4P fighter in the sport today.

Russell fought poor competition up to Lomachenko, and paid for it.

I would say Rigondeaux has a better resume than Lomachenko. He holds a win over a top 10 P4P fighter in Donaire.

That's a better comparison. Floyd turned pro at 19.

Russell is more dynamic than anyone Floyd has ever faced? Russell threw shoe shine punches all night last night.

    Don't forget Manfredy and Guerrero.

And Floyd beat Hernandez and Manfredy back to back.

The question is who looked better in their first 3 fights. Floyds first fight he looked more talented and more polished than Loma may ever look in his whole career.

But it's kind of a ridiculous question. Floyd didn't have as extensive an amateur background as Lomachenko did. I don't think there even WAS a World Series of Boxing when Floyd was in the amateurs.

Yea I didn't get it at first, but who compares to Loma after their first 3 pro fights? They moved him along too quickly IMO.

Well..... Loma has made more history than May. Best Olympian ever. Two golds. Fastest to a world title. Floyd was fighting cans his first 3 fights. Only using Floyd in this thread because he is considered p4p #1 to demonstrate the great things ahead for Loma.
