    Why are people saying otherwise?

Can't speak for everyone, but in my case, I was just mixing up terms. "Bigger" was shorthand for "taller & rangier"

To make an excuse for Russell getting outclassed by a more talented boxer.

Just an excuse to hide behind for picking the wrong guy to win.

every excuse is good when your prediction fails

it takes more cojones to admit to being wrong than making excuses

lama was the bigger, stronger guy and for some reason just couldn't finish off the little guy. he boxed well and won convincingly but please stop hyping the man to be the best thing since sliced bread, mikey garcia would own lamachenko.

Loma is a little bigger in terms of height and length. But Russlle is bulkier and has a broader frame.

How many fights as a pro does Mikey have? Give Loma a chance to progress. He's a green pro who's been in with some really stiff comp for such an inexperienced pro boxer. Garcia would NOT have beaten Russell or Salido with only 2 fights under his belt.

And yes....Loma was bigger and stronger but that has nothing to do with the way Loma dominated Russell......Had Loma used his brute strength and size to bully Gary you might have a point... But Loma simply out boxed the kid. And to say Loma was bigger is a stetch....the kid was taller and longer than Russell....but Gary is broader and thicker. It's like saying Spinks was bigger than Tyson.
