What did Alex Ariza to do Maidana to get fired?

I honestly don't see a big difference in Maidana's conditioning. He still gassed against Floyd and to a lesser extent against Broner.

His biggest improvement is his boxing skills under Robert imo.

 

Too big for his own boots.

it cant be his conditioning because he fought his ass off in the floyd fight. something shifty id imagine, ariza looks like a serious slimeball
