Was Crawford pretty hurt before the end of the ninth?

    He took a good shot to the chin, and started to retreat. Gamboa seemed to have the momentum until he got caught.

    Gamboa tried to end it but Crawford kept holding him until he landed a good shot that put gamboa down for good.

    Maybe hurt but not wobbled, punches to the chin hurt, Crawford still had his balance etc

    I think he was hurt a bit but Gamboa didn't have it in him to follow up.

    Yeah - I remember seeing that bit of a reaction in him to Gamboa's punch, and making note of it, but also not being too alarmed by it.

    Maybe had Gamboa followed up with something, but... :conf

    Yes, he was pretty badly hurt, so he held on for dear life. Hurt by a small featherweight............

    I was looking at the legs and its not wobbly, his eyes is not glassy, doesn't wince, doesn't look troubled but I had the same perception,,... I thought he was hurt. But maybe not. I could be wrong and so is you.
