John Molina was terrible in the Klimov fight though, beating Molina isn't exactly hard or something to brag about, he got very lucky against Mickey Bey too

People are so f*cking stupid. Klimov was very very good, he beat John Molina and is no bum at all. Crawford shut him out.

I don't quite get the hype either, what has this guy done to have HBO all over his nuts.

 

He just beat undefeated Gamboa, schooled Prescott, Klimov and Sanabria. So he has a decent resume for a guy who doesn't have so many fights. :good

 

So what? 70 to 80 percent of boxing crowds are drunk rednecks interested in seeing blood rather than appreciating the fine intricacies of the sweet science.

 

An undefeated Gamboa who has been in the house watching the telly for the past 2 years and signed up for a fight in the wrong weight division?

Prescott? Is that the guy that's dined out on knocking Amir Khan out 6 year ago and been a gatekeeper for every decent fighter in his division ever since.

He might have been getting boo'd but he shut Klimov out 100-90 on all 3 scorecards.

And you are forgetting his win over Burns in Burns' hometown. He looked good in that fight.

 

Start with the fact that even though Omaha Nebraska hasn't had a world champion in 40 years, let alone a popular fighter, he put almost 11,000 asses in seats in his hometown. He's a money maker and a damn good fighter. HBO likes it.

Thats where he fights now, he weighed 145 ripped in the ring.

Also if sitting on the couch can get me in the shape he was in, i want to know where he buys his couches.

 

He earned his respect and hype by beating someone no one gave him a chance against in shocking and explosive fashion. Do you expect the fans to continue booing him after a performance like that or are you plain stupid?

Also regarding going the full 10 rounds against a Russian "bum", styles make fights dumbass.
