i scored it 114-113 for calzaghe
even though b-hop landed the cleaner and harder shots ,calzaghe threw alot more and did enough to win down the stretch,b-hop of a couple years ago would of won this fight

I had it 115-112 for JC. It should have been a UD but at the least the right guy got the nod.

After a while, Hopkins just started holding trying to avoid exchanges with Calzaghe. He was getting tagged more and more and Calzaghe was starting to throw hard shots with fast shots. Plus Hopkins was getting tired and needed to stall with the bonecrushing low blows he suffered. I am being sarcastic about the low blows of course.

Let's see. ESPN, Associated Press, Kevin Lole (Yahoo Sports), Ben Dirs (BBC Sports) and others also had Hopkins winning as well. I guess when scoring fights these days, considering sharp, clean punches over light mini-flurries must make you blind.

Thats my scorecard. I was hoping Bhop would of just got some energy back and kicked his ass in rounds 11 or 12 so I could give him the fight. This is the fight I seen last night and this morning. Great scoring. Calzaghe didnt do **** in rounds 3 and 4 and was timid after getting caught and hurt by the same shot over and over.

A younger PRIME Bhop would beat Calzaghe like a ****ing ******* step child though. Bhop proved he had superior skills and made calzaghe lunge and miss but Bhop was not quick enough to catch him with the counters that he baited him for and Calzaghe fell for everytime. Calzaghe does not have that much boxing skill at all. Bhop is a ****ing savant.

Wrong. What Calzaghe showed at times was a slower than usual work rate (bear in mind that this is against a 43 year old champion) and ineffective aggression while Hopkins landed the harder blows, out defensed him, and was THE ring general in there for most of those rounds. Hopkins should have won that fight.

Not really speaking to you more in general but i find it difficult to believe that there are so many here who obviously do not know how to score a fight.

I thought Calzaghe was going to win but I was pleasantly surprised at how good Hopkins looked.
