dont see th point really, he looked finished against rabchenko and imo he chucked it in that fight. nobody watchin even saw a punch landing, he just couldnt handle the pressure

you're dead right about him being a gent. Plus I agree with most of what you say there. Didn't think he'd come back but its his decision and wish him well. One thing for sure, none of the up and comers would have it easy. After a few warm up fights,he is an absolutely massive step up for young Eubank, compared to his opposition so far.

Regardless, he announced he was making a 'comeback' when he had no intention of doing so. Stinks of desperation. Sad.

As I understand it, it was just a bit of fun. What I don't quite see is what was the point? It wasn't funny, it wasn't shocking, it was just incorrect.
If I tell people I am wearing black socks and then reveal, hilariously, that I am really wearing white socks, would that make anyone laugh?

Spot on mate. There must be something else. Otherwise it's the saddest gag I've seen for a long time.

I just watched it again and unless rhodes has been on an acting course, he believes what he's saying in my opinion.
The only source to call this bull**** is a local rag, so it's not adding up right now.

Good luck to him with it but it`s a bad idea in my opinion. He can probably still offer something at domestic level and if he needs the money fair play. I just hope someone keeps an eye on it and don`t let him go on too long,if he is just losing he needs someone to pull the plug on it sharpish.

This thread is confusing ever so slightly ........

Is it a joke and he isn't making a comeback or what?

He said he is but actually isn't. I know, I found it hilarious too, good one Ryan, you got us.
