The thing I like about Geale is that he shoots straight from the hip in interviews and what he says he is going to do in the ring in terms of gameplan, he does. Doesn't hide much. He has spoken a lot lately about t what separates him from other golovkin opponents is that he will show him a new look which he hasn't seen before, movement. I'd worry for Geale if he believes that is going to work. Is he listening to much to the media, thinking all he has to do is keep away from his power and he wins ? Gennady Golovkin is the finest pure boxer with the most impeccable footwork , balance and technique you are likely to ever see. Geale knows it will be tough, just not sure he realises how deep he is in.

Judge Mental is BRUAGIRL. He got banned so he signed up an alt. Cant get a date from the girls at the office with his fancy new haircut so he comes on here and just spouts nonsense. Was the biggest Danny Green fan on the boards but now his boyfriend got an ass reaming twice he doesn't even mention his name anymore, now he has jumped on the Geale bandwagon but he dont know much about boxing with the predictions he is making, there is no way on this earth that a guy who had problems with Darren Barker and lost to him is going to give GGG any problems, let alone win on points or stop the guy. But we are talkin about the same bloke who thought Green was a legit CW after all

But i am hoping that Geale , can get the movement going stay away , use his jab and whenhe's closed down , move in close an nulify GGG's power , purely because he;s an Aussie fighting the guy the rest of the world is DUCKING

Geale will start fast, use lots of lateral movement, throw a heap of punches to keep GGG off him and possibly be ahead on the cards after 5 or 6 rounds.
Then GGG finds his range, his body shots slow Geale down and he takes control of the fight, possibly dropping Geale in the later rounds and cruising to a unanimous point victory, around 116-112.
Geale gives GGG his toughest test to date and gets earns his highest praises in the USA, in a losing bout.

    Possibly.

My initial opinion is that Geale takes GGG the distance and wins on points.

If Geale can outwork GGG and keep him at bay for the first half of the fight he may frustrate him. Since GGG has never fought beyond 10 rounds and Geale's stamina and fitness is excellent I think there's a very good chance he will start to tire and make mistakes that Geale can capitalise on. Whether that will result in Geale stopping him I'm not certain, but I'm willing to go on the record as saying it's possible.

Oh, Mundine never stopped Wood but Geale did :thumbsup

    What's your prediction, inattentive hater?

It's unlikely but possible. I doubt it ,if Geale wins this it will be on points IMO but you can't completely discount a Geale KO if GGG fatigues in the later rounds. There was a fight in Germany in 2001 where a guy with only 4 KO's KO'd a guy who had never been KO'd before. Sven Ottke was the guy who only had 4 KO's to his name forget the other guys name.:yep

Yeah that guy in 2009. Funnily enough in 2014 while Geale is fighting one of boxings hottest prospects at Madison Square Garden now that guy got turned down for a fight by Daniel Dawson.:yep
