Lol this is bad. You win 1 fight over on HBO and you get to fight Pac, Oscar and Bob need to start working together this is just sad.

Is that different from FLoyd taking a "vacation", how is this not ducking the welterweight division, right when bob and Oscar are making cool

Whatever, Pacquaio and Algieri both have very watchable styles and it's interesting from that standpoint. I'm just glad if it's not Marquez again.

I was hoping he would fight Khan or Thurman. Not Guerrero.

At least Algieri is a semi-unknown quantity who could be way better than we think. We've seen Guerrero's peak and it wasn't very high.

Khan has been exposed multiple times but it would also be exciting from a style clash standpoint.

Thurman he would get lots of credit for fighting, but his defining moments are really about the same magnitude as Algieiri's defining moment against Provodnikov.

Algieiri is not Rod Salka. He is actually good.

Great. Let's find out if Pacquiao can neutralize a jab and make a title fight off of it in addition to a possible PPV.

I agree about Maidana. If Mayweather didn't fight him and it was Pacquiao who did, the *****s would be all over him saying how he's taking an easy fight because Maidana struggled with Lopez, Soto Karass, shot Morales, and Alexander.

As much as I criticize Floyd CATCHweather there is no way, shape or form to defend this cherry pick. Shame on Pac!

when you're the fighter of the decade, 3x fighter of the year, champ in 8 division/lineal in 4 and when juan and floyd don't want to fight you, you can fight anybody you want.

I actually agree. Who the fck would want to see him against Guerrero? The guy is coming from struggling with a fringe contender. Garcia is currently taking a soft touch, Porter has a fight scheduled, Thurman hasn't beaten anyone on Provodnikov's level, and Matthysse is supposedly fighting Broner.

I wouldn't mind him fighting Marquez again though; although, Marquez isn't at all interested in a rematch.

If Pacquiao faces another Rios or Algieri then Pac can go fck himself along with that **** Arum. Pac needs to grab his balls...if he is going to be in the sport for the next 2 years up to his retirement then atleast fight someone worthwhile & stop bieng Arum's *****...

I'm going to reserve judgement until this actually gets signed.

Could be a negotiation ploy of some kind to entice a different (hopefully better) fighter...I hope...please?
