There rankings are a joke and have been for awhile I don't even look at them anymore...Before he beat Gomez, Cotto was not even a top 25 P4P fighter according to them now that is a joke

They're an automated point system... that's what you get. Just don't bother paying attention to them.

Perhaps they haven't had time to update their rankings. Otherwise they will lose what little credibilty they ever had

    you know why???

because hopkins is still technically the better boxer and fighter, boxrec dont take no ****.. Hopkins is by far still the best light-heavy p4p, a win for joe means shitttt:-(

he didnt break hopkins, he didnt expose hopkins, he smotherd bernard and won the belt. roy jones beat hopkins, he landed significant punches he got the better of bernard, joe didnt get the better of B-hop

    I think that's the reason.

They just haven't updated it yet to include yesterdays fights in the rankings, although you can find the actual results of the fights. They may be waiting to get ALL of yesterday's results before they change the rankings, I think.

They put Joe on the LH list yesterday before the fight, and even though it shows the result of last night's fight, the rankings don't as yet reflect yesterday's fights.

 O'Neil Bell was way ahead of Adamek the last I looked at their cruiserweight rankings, but that should change any time now.

Hopkins is still the best light-heavyweight
