Lara would beat Floyd.

Floyd never fights slick fast defensive boxers, because he doesn't want to lose his "0".

Zab Judah knocked Floyd down in the 2nd round, and won the first half of the fight. Then Zab as usual lost his cool and got out willed by Floyd.

After that, Floyd never fought anyone with speed and slickness. Only plodding punching brawlers like Ortiz, Maidana and Hatton: easy to hit and look good against.

 

Lara is a worse style match up for Floyd Mayweather.
