    Lara took Canelo to Cuban boxing school. Fortunately for Alvarez, class ended after the 3rd round. I thought it was a good fight though. It could've went either way.

    That was a perfect comparison.

    Yes, Im biased, but only b/c there are so few slicksters I appreciate, and Lara and Rigo are 2 of em, AND, and I don't care for the silver spoon fighters like Canelo getting a free pass dragging guys up 3 weight classes who arent much more than journeyman at their natural wieght to begin with.

    Canelo gets the nod last night fine. Im over it.....but his promoter, a guy I admire, needs to STOP immediately his piggybacking off a fight he AINT EVER GONNA MAKE.:nono

    i enjoyed watching Rigo vs Nonito. Lara vs canelo. Not so much, he'll not at all. What you saw Lara do wasnt considered slick. I thought I was watching an Olympic scoring Amatuer fight and Lara thinking he was up by 5 punches.
