After the Russian (or whatever he is) I would defnitely have McDermott then Sprott or visa versa. Both are fairly durable and good names on the record.

I'd like to see him in with Chisora this time next year.

Joshua will probably get Zavorotnyi inside of 5 rounds. Price carried Zavorotnyi all 10 rounds just to prove a point, he's durable but he can be stopped. Guinn, Zach Page, and Oloukun would be good at this stage..

He'd destroy Malik Scott and make a statement doing so

Malik Scott is a superb shout in 3 fights time I'd say, only problem is that it'd essentially bypass European level for him which would be essential for his development

Not just to prove a point, he also needed them rounds, the less rounds he gets the more fights & more time itll take for him to truly improve.

It looks like Prices last opponent will be Joshs next,so a done deal. Honestly,I don't expect him to go any further than Skelton, which I hope will deter Hearn from making a Sprott fight,or maybe public opinion stopping it. Mike is well past his best,40 years old, half a foot shorter and was knocked out in one round in bios last fight. I don't think Oloukun is a bad next fight,he's a big heavyweight and might even go the distance.Plus, would there be a possibility of Josh going to the US or Germany? Ive seen a few heavyweights who aren't about to draw their pensions on broadcasts who would be better than the usual suspects.

I think there may be an issue with him going to the States.

I think there is a general consensus of opinion that there is no need to rush him yet. A gradual increase of the quality of opponent is needed. It's that tricky balance of not feeding him chumps (like Wilder) and not thinking that because he's blown away all before him, they can throw him in with someone way too experienced (like Price). It'll be interesting seeing which way they go.

Sprott looked pretty ropey in the Super 8 tournament.

But that is Sprott's career; not exactly from sublime to the ridiculous, but often he goes from the pathetic to the solid.

Point taken but Joshua needs rounds/someone who will put it on him for a few rounds. Sprott in his current state looks like he could do neither.

I wonder if they'll target Commonwealth champion Browne, before too long?
