showtime are a company struggling to pay of their increasing debts they made a huge investment on the ducweather deal and that has proven to be one big flop they are struggling to even break even.................

I have inside sources saying showtime have had crisis talks with duckweather behind closed doors they basically asked duckweather to play to the cameras more and act a fool............. the first press conference for the maidana rematch proves this duckweather acting more stupid then ever desperate to sell the fight......................

HBO continue to make great profits across the board they are not in it for the short term they have sound future investments coming along the way and the company looks to be ahead of the pack by a considerable margin.

Also hbo would never condone the farce of garcia vs rodney...............

what showtime is doing is what hbo used to do with greenburg.

buy and show whatever gbp/haymon sells them.

its just good for boxing since showtime joined the boxing game that hbo had monopolized for many years.

Now there is a good fight every weekend.:happy:boxer

You just hate anything with Mayweather involved and it's painfully obvious.

no denying, when hershman was running showtime, they were putting on good fights.

smw and bantam tourneys were great ideas.
