I found one which is 4 years old. That one is 5 years old. Why are they even being mentioned?

I think you need to look up the definitions of the words "exposed" and "fraud" before you insert them into a sentence. What you said in reference to my post makes absolutely no sense. I was "exposed" or shown to be a fraud in no way, shape or form.

I actually feel kind of bad for taking the **** out of your technique, but hey, you want to knock me out for giving fitness advice so oh well.

Dont even deviate from what Im trying to drive at. Just like what MrSmall says you're posts were implying that you've sparred and competed before and he was asking you a question if you've boxed and cant even answer his question. Again for the nth time, its just a simple YES or NO answer to his question.

You answered his comment but you did not answer his question directly which confirms my doubt of you boxing. Until you answer his question and post vids, you are a FRAUD and you have been EXPOSED.:hey:deal

Please explain how my boxing experience is in any way relevant to your challenge, actually in any way relevant to what is being discussed, then I may answer.

You seem to think you have a "GOTCHA!" moment coming up when really you haven't. If I said I boxed for 7 years, who gives a ****? Same if I said I boxed for a week. It's entirely irrelevant.

I dont need to explain. I remember that I was the one who asked you first about your experience because all your posts here are just downright demeaning other posters. Let me state, again the answer to MrSmall's question is just a simple YES or NO. UNTIL THEN YOU ARE A FRAUD AND YOU HAVE BEEN EXPOSED :deal

I can play the irrelevant question game too. What's your mom's full name, address and bank details? If you don't answer you have been exposed!!! :deal

This is pure gold. Totally funny. You see this is where it all ends. Again let me state from the beginning. You're posts were condescending towards other posters. I stated my opinion that clearly you have never boxed. We were having an argument about whether or not you boxed yet you chose to downplay my technique and self esteem. MrSmall asked you a question if you boxed. You did not answer his question directly which led me to confirm my doubts about in the first place. Again the answer to MrSmalls question is just a simple YES or NO. Until then you are a fraud, a fake, you have been exposed to having no IN RING EXPERIENCE at all. :deal:deal

I think it would increase his credibility if he says yes, decrease it in matters boxing specific but not otherwise if he said no. I don't think anyone will hunt him down for it though.

Truth is that it is relevant when discussing things and you can draw on those experiences. It's not unlike someone fat and out of shape telling you how to diet without ever having done so before, or someone who has never done powerlifting telling you how to be a powerlifter. Maybe he gets some things right based on their own research, but more likely they will get a lot of things widely wrong and have no place actually standing by argument points. Or someone with a sports science degree and zero real life experience of training and being an athlete. Some things they might get right, but the actual sports scientists in the field know that things are not as they are on paper in the real world.

This is very, very well said Mr. Small. I will say that my experiences at a boxing gym taught me a lot by just watching how the boxing coach would train the club pros and amateurs, let alone my experiences sparring with them(I never boxed amateur, just a few smokers).

I feel I have a very grounded knowledge of energy systems, training for a specific sport, etc. but my knowledge increased by using the methods, understanding and seeing the adaptations, and competing in the sport on some level I was training for.

I have respect for anyone who has competed at an amateur/pro level, or who has trained hard at a boxing gym in general.
