Quigg and Kell are the obvious ones so far, but who else has Eddie struggled to make 'it happen' for?
He's not to blame for Kell's slow progression and anyone who genuinely thinks he is, is a ****ing idiot.
Kell could have been stepped up plenty of times under Hearn. Kell had like 25+ fights under ******, did he not need to be moved fast once he was under Hearn then? How much experience does one fighter need?
Could you please tell me on which occasions Kell should have been stepped up? Please don't mention any occasion in which he was injured.
To be fair he got Kell the chances,'injuries' ended them. Trying to think of who he hasnt gotten opportunities for? Most have failed when they stepped up,except Froch that is. His real task is to show he can bring his stable along and if he is going to be here for the long term to do so.
What is to blame ? Because lets get real, it is slow progression. Hasn't fought for a title and really hasn't fought anyone in the top 10 of the division
Carl Frampton... That might sound strange at first glance but Carl actually had terrible ratings on sky whilst under Matchroom...this was part of the reason why a hearn didnt want to continue to fight in Belfast and wanted to put him on Luke Campbell's undercard in shithole Hull...fast forward to now and Carl is about to become a mega star...
Carl made the smart move getting away from Hearn and it's one Hearn will regret as he could become a superstar I think kell failed himself as much as Hearn failed him, but his failing quigg big time or else he just doesn't believe in quigg and isn't investing in him
