Wouldn't call cashing in 32 million a flop but maybe I'm wrong.

 

The interviewer was searching for some ammunition to bash Floyd and Ellerbe just wasn't having it. If he had of brought it to Ellerbe in a more professional manner he may have gotten what he was looking for. One thing I know for dam sure and that is that Ellerbe needs to fire his barber cause that beard and mustache trim was wak.

 

Fair questions from Boxingvoice, however bosses answer questions the way they see fit. At the end of the day, Team Mayweather are setting record paydays, and reporters are worrying about how many viewers they had. Not realizing that was a top 10 fight in terms of live attendance. Haters, I tell ya

I agree, he calls himself the ppv king. I'm a floyd fan but he should be releasing those numbers if he is the ppv king.... the interviewer was right on his points. Ellerbes response was 'its not important, what is important is giving the fans what they want' well theres tonnes of fans out there wondering what the ppv kings numbers were.. If they were better than reported like they claim then just tell us and shut everyone up lol.

 

Cliched responses like "at the end of the day" and "the bottom line" but no real answers.

It would be interesting to know an exact figure. But, whether they release them or not they were likely higher than everyone else's.

 

When Floyd releases ppv numbers, his haters claim it doesn't matter, that's not what counts. They give excuses as to why fans buy his ppvs ( fir his opponent, to see him lose, etc). When he doesn't release the numbers, the haters all come out now claiming that he should release them, and acting like it now matters.

 

I'm starting to think the OP doesn't like Floyd Mayweather. Call it a hunch but it's just the little things he might say or do that give it away... Don't let the fact he posts about him every day fool you - he prob he isn't really keen on him at all.
