it's gotta be because they are the most talented fighters in the world. rigo, lara, gamboa, etc...that's why they get robbed of clear decision wins and dissed by HBO for being "boring" all of which really boils down to the fact that they can't pass for being mexican. gamboa had his time, but got ducked by juanma, mares and garcia. nobody said anything about that.

    any thoughts?

Man people get on Cuban fighters because the majority are boring as hell. Rigo is talented and proven it that's why even his biggest distractors have him in there P4P list. Gamboa is an entertaining Cuban he got whopped by Crawford but he showed a fight that none of his counterparts have so he gets respect. Lara is boring and just lost to the best of his division. You don't have to be a brawler to be entertaining just like being able to backup for 12 rds isn't a skill. The best I can say is if you want some respect throw more than 7 punches a rd

Don't forget about Gambo getting his ass beat by Crawford.

You guys are slowly becoming the new *******s. No one's out to get cubans. Some of them are really skilled but their style is not the most attractive.

Yep... Gamboa got robbed against Crawford. :patsch

I appreciate all fighting styles and love watching Rigo go to work. Rigo could very well be the MOST talented fighter in the world right now, but the other two, NO WAY.

It all comes down to the fact that Mexicans/ Mexican-Americans are the ones spending the most on this sport (here in the US). But even taking that in to consideration, Titere Vasquez gets ignored, because of his fighting style, and he is Mexican.
