With a sport like boxing, it's gonna take a certain type of person to want to compete, to actually fight for a living, pretty much risking their life. These people are gonna be aggressive by nature, even a little crazy. So I tend to overlook to an extent what fighters do outside of the ring. In the ring Floyd is ****ing amazing, he never fails to impress me and I cant get enough of watching him fight. I can't help but support him.

I don't know about you but like other posts I watch Floyd because I like watching boxing. I also like watching Manny.

Can I just say about his persona. He is deliberately trying to be a polarising character. He wants people to either like him or dislike him and to be honest the power of hate is probably what drives people to buy his PPV or go his events, just to watch him lose. I think its obvious.

I don't agree or like him as a man, but what do I care most people are idiots even the self righteous ones on the internet.

its not only outside of the ring though and i understand the way fighters are but there is a bit of a code of respect that a lot of fighters follow and floyd doesnt and its bad news all the time with him in and out of the ring, and he doesnt push himself and has some questionable fights, i love watchin some of his moves but i mean hes a hard to to support he basically tries to get people not to support him

Why would anyone care whether a boxer is a nice guy or not?

Actually, when he was Pretty Boy Floyd, he was liked.. He put in work and beat whoever was in his way.. I'm not sure why people forget.. He was just a kid winning and had a lot of potential.. When he was trying to fight Oscar, he talked about him until he got it.. He became Money when he beat the King, Oscar, and never looked back.. People are tired of this guy who's been winning for 18 years and not he brags about it.. You can't beat him and he tells you that.. He only has 3 fights left but instead of people saying 'i can't wait until he retires after his next couple fights', they say 'i hope he ages or fight someone too much for him, and get koed or beat'.. It's not about who he fights anymore.. Everyone is a cherry pick.. That's why names like Ward, GGG, and Hopkins come up as opponents for a guy who walks around at 150ish...

Why Americans watch The Kardashians and Jerry Springer's Show ?

Because they like watching a train wreck.

I'm a fan of Floyd because of his skills, style, and dedication to boxing. I don't judge boxers by their personality.

He's the hardest working in the sport, and no matter how you feel about him now, its fact that he comes from humble, and abusive beginnings. I admire his skills, and how much time he puts into the sport. He's willing to stand up and say what he has to say, even if it's not popular opinon. I don't always support his decisions, but for the most part I do. Anyone who hates him, isn't being realistic. That's like hating "The Rock" for being ****y, not knowing that it's really Dwyane Johnson. People get too caught up into the images. And if you don't know someone personally, then you shouldn't hate them. I don't know him well enough to hate or love him. But i support what's on the surface, and there's nothing wrong with that. 46-0

Then so should Mosley and Canelo.

Bradley cancels all that out when he beat him the first time anyway?

And don't forget to ADD those L's in there.

One win over someone he already beat cancels out all those **** fights? OKAY.

Canelo is not even as close to Bradley and Manny's bouts with Marquez ,Barrarea and Morales trump even that ! Lets not go there Floyd's fluffy cherry picking can't compare to Manny's !lets also not forget. Manny never retired ! Again an easy route !

He took an L against Morales the first time, then drained him the second time.

He doesn't have ONE clear win over Marquez. NOT ONE. The only clear win in that rivalry belongs to Marquez.

Barrera is Pac's only good win without stipulations and conditions. Barrera and Ledwaba. Everything else is up in the air

    Maidana
    Canelo
    Guerrero
    Cotto
    Ortiz
    Mosley
    Marquez
    Hatton
    Oscar
    Baldomir
    Judah
    Castillo x2
    Corley
    Corrales
    Manfredy
    Hernandez > Pac's resume.

Name some good Pac wins without stipulations. Truly good wins. I dare you.
